Our Services

HRC and TCORE provide services to adults who live in Sacramento County and who meet the county's criteria for having a persistent, mental-health diagnosis. The agencies differ in that TCORE is a collaboration between HRC and TLCS, Inc. and provides recovery-oriented services to those persons requiring more intensive supports to meet their individual needs and goals. Both agencies are contracted for services through the Sacramento County Mental Health Plan and receive referrals from the Sacramento County Adult ACCESS Team (916)875-1055.
