Human Resources Consultants, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) Corporation, whose main source of funding comes from the County of Sacramento's Department of Health & Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health. This funding does not cover expenses related to the non-medical services we provide our clients. These services include assistance with food, utilities, housing, education, employment, social support, and family support.
